Safe Work & Access Plan (SWAP):
Safety tunnels are built at the exterior entrances and exits to protect employees and customers.
Industrial shade tarps are draped over the edge of the building to protect building and foliage from material debris.
Interior abatements are set-up while tearing off and cutting is performed to protect computers, desks, etc. from falling dust and debris.
Material, Equipment, & Dump Delivery Days:
Safety equipment is first set-up around the perimeter of roof.
Quality roofing products & suppliers ensure proper and timely installation.
Dumpster size and placement create ease of disposal and removal of trash debris.
Tear-off & Installation Process:
Removal & disposal of all old roofing material
Deteriorated roof decking removal & replacement
Installation of new insulation, secured to decking
Installation of new membrane to field/walls
Installation of all roofing details & any extras
Clean-Up & Down-Load of Roof:
All trash & debris are removed from the project location.
All equipment is removed from the roof & hauled away.
Everything is put back to the way it was prior to our arrival.
Final Inspection & Warranty Issued:
Manufacturer Inspection is scheduled for initial review.
Warranty is issued by manufacturer to client.
